For the purpose of the analyses on this website, references to a balance sheet will mean the following sections; 1) Proceeds From Sale, 2) Property Basis, and 3) Deferred Taxes.

These sections will include 1) a forecast of the property's estimated value, 2) a forecast of the property's basis, 3) a forecast of any remaining mortgage balances, 4) a forecast of any accumulated depreciation and 5) a forecast of any other potential balance sheet item.
